Skyblue Stationery Mart deepens customer engagement with its Experience Studio

By Retail4Growth Bureau | April 03, 2026

The space focuses on community engagement, with regular workshops, art sessions, and in-store activities. Through these initiatives, Skyblue aims to create a space where people not only shop but also learn, experiment, and express their creativity.

Skyblue Stationery Mart, a leading retailer of stationery, art supplies, and premium gifts, recently launched its Experience Studio in Ahmedabad as a significant step in its retail expansion and engaging with its customers. Located at Sindhu Bhavan Marg, the studio is designed as an immersive space that goes beyond a conventional stationery store.

The Experience Studio integrates physical retail with digital elements, including LED-based installations and interactive displays, allowing visitors to engage more deeply with the offering. In addition to retail, the space also hosts workshops and community-driven activities, positioning itself as a hub for creativity and learning.

Speaking to Retail4Growth, Shailesh Pithadia, Founder and Managing Director of Skyblue Stationery Mart shares, “We always believed retail should not be just about transactions. It should be about experience, where people can come, explore, and engage with creative activities. The idea is to create a space where customers feel free to learn and enjoy, rather than feel pressured to buy.”

The experience studio is designed to be open and easy to move through, allowing customers to explore comfortably at their own pace. From art supplies to creative tools, everything is displayed in a way that encourages people to interact rather than just pick and buy. A cafe within the store further enhances the space and encourages people to spend more time.

One of the studio's highlights is an interactive section where visitors can capture their photo and watch it transform instantly into a piece of art on a large digital screen. This feature adds a fun and personal touch to the visit, making the experience more memorable, especially for younger audiences and creative enthusiasts.

At the entrance, an interactive LED installation responds to visitors' hand movements in real time, creating an engaging welcome to all.
