SSBeauty ‘s new Kolkata store positioned as largest beauty store in India

SSBeauty from Shoppers Stop has launched its 14^th store at the Quest Mall, Kolkata. Spread across 9000 sq feet beauty, the new store is positioned as the “largest beauty store in the country” and aims to be a one-stop destination offering services such luxurious facials, treatments, a Nail Bar, etc.

For Shoppers Stop, the new store is a reflection of its growing focus on beauty.  While sharing its results for the third quarter ended December, the retail major had shared that its beauty category outperformed +10%. In line with this, SSBeauty has been expanding consistently. The company had recently announced the opening of the 13^th SS Beauty store in India at the T2 Bangalore airport. 

The new Kolkata store’s design and displays are around the theme of "Inspiring Elegance".  The store houses a range of brands including Dior, NARS, Armani Beauty, Kilian, Laura Mercier, Givenchy, Clarins, Lancôme, Kiehl's, Shiseido, Jo Malone, and Tom Ford, alongside Indian favourites like Forest Essentials, Kay Beauty, Colorbar, and Kama Ayurveda.

Last year Shoppers Stop in collaboration with Estée Lauder Group had announced the opening of an exclusive SS Beauty store at the Elante Mall in Chandigarh.
