The brand plans to follow the franchisee model for the expansion of the kiosks.

Rishav Kanoi - Founder & Director of The Tea Trove shared with Point-of-Purchase, "Coming from a family which has been in the tea business for ages, we always felt a lot more could be done with teas and wanted to try out more innovative offerings and make them available to a larger set of customers, especially youths whom we want to educate about the goodness of tea through our kiosks. So we are now planning to expand our presence across key cities and leveraging different formats like kiosks and carts, online platforms like Grofers and Amazon with whom we have recently tied up, and tea-bars at weddings, parties and corporate events.

On the shopper connective efforts Rishav shares, "To promote the brand effectively, we have designed this 8/8 innovative kiosk with our in-house team and our set of brand marketers will be further taking initiatives to educate the customers on the benefits of tea. The interesting tea wall featuring the different flavours and variants of blends also has small notes attached to each informing the customers about the USPs of each flavour. Our tea evangelists will be helping the customers to create their own blends. So, one can now offer their own signature custom blended tea to their guests, instead of serving them the usual Darjeeling or Green Tea. It can be ordered not only from our kiosk but also from

"People are more health conscious these days, so we serve our hot liquor teas with sugar or Stevia (natural sweetener), and our cold tea variations include Iced Teas, Tonic, and Ice TEA via (Zero calorie Iced Teas), which are more preferred by the youngsters. Customers can also try our latest innovation that's taking the city by storm - The Tea Trove POPS (sorbet and gelato popsicles), which are handcrafted and made fresh daily with all-natural ingredients. Flavours like Strawberry-Basil Green Tea, Darjeeling Lemon Tea, Triple-Berry, Chocolate, Oreo, Paan, Spicy Mango Green Tea, and Tiramisu are most in demandâ€, says Shruti Kanoi - COO, The Tea Trove.
