Toys“R”Us®, ace turtle launch largest high-street toy store in India

ace turtle, the technology-native retail company has announced the launch of the new Toys“R”Us® flagship store in Mumbai. Spread across an expansive five-storeyed building illuminated with the brand’s signature stars, this is the largest high street toy store in India.     

Located in the bustling Linking Road area, the flagship store redefines the toy shopping experience by offering convenience and accessibility to families with an extensive collection of top international brands such as LEGO, Hasbro, Mattel, alongside beloved Indian brands like Playshifu, Funskool and Winmagic, informs ace turtle. 

Sharing the global brand’s perspective at the launch, Stanley Silverstein, Chief Commercial Officer, WHP Global, the parent company of Toys“R”Us® said, "We are thrilled to open this store with our partner ace turtle as we continue to expand the Toys“R”Us  brand through new concepts and new locations across India. In June 2021, ace turtle entered a joint venture with the Flipkart Group’s Wholesale Entity in India to acquire the license of Toys“R”Us in India. Earlier this year, ace turtle unveiled the first Toys“R”Us store in India in Hyderabad which has received phenomenal response from customers.
