Turtle opens new outlets in Thane and Mumbai

The brand has plans of opening 30 more stores during FY 2013 with an average of 2 launches per month pan-India .

Men's apparel and accessories brand Turtle opened outlets back to back in Thane and Mumbai respectively. The store opened its 71st store in Thane and 72nd Store in Mumbai. At the opening of the store Shitanshu  Jhunjhunwalla, Director, Turtle, was accompanied by actor Parvin Dabas who inaugurated the store amid many cheers. Spread over 900 sq ft, the store was done up by Bangalore based company Four Dimensions.  The store will house a complete range of Turtle apparel and accessories to provide a holistic shopping experience.
 
Commenting on the occasion, Shitanshu  Jhunjhunwalla, Director, Turtle, said, "Turtle started its humble journey from Kolkata in 1993 and today after 20 years our products are available in over 400 cities across India. Turtle merchandise was available in Mumbai through large format stores and multi brand retail outlets till now and the response has been overwhelming. Customer loyalty and increasing demand for our products in the city has inspired us to come up with two exclusive outlets. We have plans to open more outlets in and around the city.”
 
He further added that the store had been designed to replicate the feel of a fashion studio to woo the fashion lovers of the city and provide a sophisticated range at a pocket friendly value. The brand plans to open 30 more stores in FY'13 with an average of two store launches per month PAN India. Turtle Ltd has presence in 400 cities across India with more than 70 Turtle and London Bridge stores.
