Merino showcases new innovations at Matecia 2023

Merino FABWood, the highly densified and moisture-resistant chipboard, and Luvih, which offers high impact resistance, abrasion resistance and high chemical resistance were among the highlights from Merino at the Matecia 2023 exhibition held in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi recently. 

Merino Industries Ltd., positioned as the global leader in high-pressure laminates and surface solutions, showcased an extensive range of cutting-edge products at the Matecia 2023 exhibition held at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, from September 22-24.

Merino Armour

One of the highlights was Merino FABWood, the first highly densified and moisture-resistant chipboard, set to be launched soon. “This innovative product not only demonstrates design excellence but also prioritizes well-being by boasting ultra-low VOC emissions that enhance indoor air quality. Merino FABWood is poised to open doors to boundless design possibilities, harmonizing innovation, well-being, and sustainability,” says the company statement.

Luvih, the star product by Merino were a highlight of the exhibition, offering high impact resistance, high abrasion resistance and high chemical resistance as per SEFA 8.1. The product line also offers premium features, including antibacterial and antifungal properties for safe food contact, along with an extremely matte surface that minimizes light reflection. 

Merino Restrooms

In addition to pre-laminated panels, Merino's booth featured an array of products including Merino Restrooms, Vanity, Lockers, Integrated Plumbing Systems, Merino Armour, Merino Shaurya, Merino Floorings, Hanex, Meister Surfaces, and Imagino.
