The entire project was well managed and executed within the stipulated time frame. "The project also had its share of challenges where our team had to travel to some of the stores in remote cities in the northern and western region, where they missed out execution as planned and had to stay back for execution for another day,†adds Kaushik on the challenges of the in-store activity.
