To ‘de-pharmacise’ the typical Hospital Pharmacy scenario, Apollo OP Pharmacy is designed in a way where navigation is intuitive, signages are bold and zoning is more defined. Design highlights simple non-intimidating interior, easy check-out systems, shining lights, industrial production techniques at a craft level, floating fabric ceiling, iconography and personalized in-store communication.
To encourage footfalls, it was imperative that the design must be easy to locate, visually transparent and encourage intuitive navigation. Furthermore design must become an enabler where the interactions must go beyond servicing prescriptions, to a more meaningful exchange around life, health and holistic well-being.
