Shopping malls across Bangalore, like in other cities, have geared up for Diwali with larger-than-life installations and other visual props that are a feast for the shoppers’ eyes, while engaging their festive mood. Here’s a visual recap.
The festival of lights has ushered innovative VM installations at malls in Bangalore. While some malls have gone for a minimalist design of display and signage, others have ensured elaborate and aesthetic installations that grab attention and immerse visitors in the festive ambience.
At Mantri Square mall in Malleswaram, a lit installation of the Goddess Lakshmi captures the essence of Diwali - light and prosperity - thus spreading an auspicious vibe. The lotuses and candles arranged symmetrically are a delight for the eye.
At Garuda mall, the National Bird of India greets shoppers in festive splendor through these life size installations.
1MG Lido has gone in for a more minimalist but varied visual spread for Diwali. Besides the lit signage greeting shoppers, boxed visual props on the first floor make sure shoppers don’t miss the festive offers.
Festivals seems the perfect opportunity to showcase the art of display and for retailers and brands to engage customers in innovative ways.
