A smart new food delivery service kiosk in R CITY

R CITY Mall in Mumbai has partnered with Versicles Technologies Pvt Ltd to launch Vend‘N’Go exclusively across the mall's premises. Vend‘N’Go is a micro-commerce platform that allows customers to order their food choices from multiple restaurants, cafe and food outlets in a single order while they shop and have it delivered to a kiosk pickup location. The platform is making its debut in Mumbai at R CITY to offer this first-of-its-kind service within a mall, following its successful presence at malls in the South. This innovative food delivery service kick-started its operation at R CITY on this weekend.

To offer a seamless and hassle-free food ordering experience, the smart kiosks will be strategically placed at various locations in the mall for customers seeking a more convenient way to order food. The mall’s patrons can effortlessly browse through their menu, simply place their order, make payments directly through the kiosks or the mobile app, and track the progress of their order in real-time. “This streamlined procedure not only saves time but also provides the flexibility of having the food delivered (as per preference), ensuring an extraordinary food ordering experience and customer satisfaction,” informs the company statement. 

Apart from that, Vend‘N’Go actively promotes the restaurant and its offerings through various channels. Hence, by introducing this service, R CITY will be offering a unique opportunity for its food outlets to significantly boost their brand visibility, and tap into a wider customer base, resulting in increased foot falls and maximizing sales.
