Blue & Beyond relaunched in Kolkata

Spread over 2000 sq. ft. of area, one of Kolkata's first Roof-top Resto-bars, Blue & Beyond at The Lindsay, has been given a facelift with a new look and ambience, coupled with a new menu, adding much to the delight of its patrons, sporting both open air and A/C sections and a revamped Bar. A private dining area also has been created for a cosy dinner or to host kitty parties & corporate get-togethers.
 
Rahul Bhutoria, Owner, Blue & Beyond shares, "This is a first-of-its-kind rooftop resto-bar that we have re-launched here in Kolkata with a new look. For the interior decor the group appointed Architect Sudip Das who designed the entire space and the Blue & Beyond team implemented it within four and a half months.
 
"Blue & Beyond offers a perfect setting for a romantic outing, as also a chill out experience which is beyond the usual. In terms of the underlying concept what adds to the unusual experience, is that, the setting synchronizes the Pancha Mahabhuta or Five Great Elements which are earth, air, space, water and fire. The environment that we have tried to create here is serene and peaceful, thus whoever comes here would like to visit Blue & Beyond every time where one may relax and enjoy a good mix of Global Cuisine including Indian, Lebanese, Greek, Italian, Burmese, Indian, Chinese, Thai, American and English delicacies,” further opines Rahul.
 
With the F&B sector increasing its market share every day, the owner aims to take the brand in different parts of the country and are opening another outlet very soon in the Salt Lake City of Kolkata.
