In a highly competitive retail business environment, retail design and project delivery have become increasingly complex. Design solutions providers are constantly walking the tightrope to deliver projects that bear an international hue and yet fit into the Indian context with ease. The solution providers also take key decision with regard to use of traditional or new materials, while keeping a close watch on project cost and other key parameters. The moot question is, are there any standard industry best practices that solutions providers can follow in order to deliver projects within the specified cost and timelines while meeting the quality standards.

Jo Pennycuick, Founder and Managing director of the award winning and reknowned Redesign Group New Zealand, will speak on the subject at a breakaway session on'Getting it done: Best practices that ensure budget, time & quality compliance in retail project delivery', on Day 1 of In-Store Asia 2015 which is being organised at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai during February 5-7, 2015.
