Maxx introduces Exclusive Smartcare Centres across India

Maxx Moblink Private Limited, manufacturers and marketers of high quality mobile phones and accessories, announced the launch of Exclusive Smartcare Centres across the country. The launch of company owned and company operated service centres will be an industry first and is open to customers from January 2015. The Smartcare centres will address the concern of all after-sales service among smartphone users. Unlike regular service centres which are focused on volume of repairs and revenues, the Smartcare centres will have the best of trained engineers, staff and would also have a world class ambience. The engagement with the customers would be at differential levels since they would now be dealing directly with the company.
 
The 15 Exclusive Smartcare Centres will be launched back to back starting from New Delhi followed by other states such as Pune, Ahmedabad, Raipur, Nagpur, Jaipur, Chennai, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Bangalore, Indore, Nagpur, Kolkata, Guwahati, Bhubaneshwar and Mumbai. The Smartcare Centre in New Delhi is of 156 sq ft in area and located in mobile hub, Karol Bagh.

Post the launch of the first set of exclusive service centres, Maxx aims to own and operate 100 plus exclusive service centres during the course of the year.
