Tim Radley to speak on use of new tech in VM at In-Store Asia 2015

Tim Radley, Managing Director, VM-unleashed Ltd, the UK, will share his perspective on'Visual Merchandising: Leveraging new technologies to build customer interactivity'

With new interactive technologies increasingly shaping customer in-store experiences, visual merchandising itself is getting redefined. VM professionals are having to acquaint themselves with the latest interactive technologies that can be applied in a store environment, without losing sight on cost and other feasibility factors.
 
Tim Radley, Managing Director of UK-based multi-channel retail specialist company VM-unleashed Ltd, will share his perspective on this dimension of in-store design while addressing a session on 'Visual Merchandising: Leveraging new technologies to build customer interactivity' on Day 1 of In-Store Asia 2015, being organised at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai during February 5-7, 2015.

Radley works both at board level and store level with retail businesses, high street retailers, retail brands and new retail propositions to develop commercial retail strategy and to integrate buying & selling with visual merchandising, and marketing programmes with retail operations for increased efficiency, sales & profit.

Radley works across retail channels, DOS-stores and concessions formats, developing best practice in merchandising strategy, assortment planning, space planning, store layout, new store openings, store and e-commerce modernisation, visual merchandising & communication, retail calendar development and sales promotions.

In his 25 years in the retail industry, he has been with companies across many sectors from fashion retail, womenswear, leisure, outdoor and retail sector specialists to non-food multi-category and non-retail businesses from Spain to Scandinavia, from the UK to South America. He has worked with Marks & Spencer, Primark, All Saints, Carrefour, Camper, Cortefiel, Boots, Sainsbury, Sonae, Otto Versand, BonPrix, Ferrari, Luxottica, Ray-Ban, National Geographic, Flex, Gruppo Vestebene, Alessi, Eroski, Coin, OVS, Carrera, Lovable, Bally, Adidas, Portaventura, Casa Batllo Gaudi, Sony, Clarks, Benetton, Orange, KappAhl, Imaginarium, Porcelanosa, Trucco and Ben Sherman.

Radley also collaborates internationally as Director of Retail Experience at Ispira, based in Italy, and with a variety of agencies throughout Europe including MHE Consumer, a leading consultancy in Spain, Tisserlis in France and MHE Retail in the UK, Continental Europe & beyond.
