The brand has four stores in Kolkata at present and soon will be going pan India with more retail outlets in West Bengal, Mumbai and Delhi

Bandhan Creation -- a one-stop destination store for culture and heritage –is a fashion and lifestyle outlet offering a uniquely designed collection of apparels, home furnishing & decor, candles, decorative artifacts and accessories made by traditional handloom artisans from rural India. A perfect meeting ground for indigenous creativity and modern lifestyle, Bandhan Creation is a market - linkage initiative to put spotlight on the undiscovered talent of rural artisans and discover the right price of their products.

Having four outlets in Kolkata, the brand is now looking at going beyond the state with more stores. The recently launched Gariahat store located at the heart of South Kolkata is Bandhan Creation’s fourth outlet while the other three stores are located at Salt Lake City; Eco Park, New Town and Jessore Road, in North Kolkata.

“The sale of every product from this store supports the livelihood of the artisans in West Bengal, Bihar, Odisha, Uttar Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Telangana, Rajasthan and a few other states. Our plan is to turn Bandhan Creation into a national chain, marking its presence in most of the Indian states," said Nilima Ghosh, Managing Director, Bandhan Creation.

Recently the brand launched its Festive Collection for Durga Puja & Shraddha Collection at its Gariahat store. Shraddha is a dedicated corner in each Bandhan Creation outlet which would showcase objects from dresses to sarees, board games to hobby items, gifts and artefacts especially crafted for the senior citizens. Speaking on this unique retail concept, Nilima Ghosh shares, “it is a tribute of Bandhan Creation to our elder generation. Today, if we go to any lifestyle retail showroom we see that there are various sections dedicated to different segments be it female counters, male counters, kids sections etc. but nothing which is only customized for senior citizens. Thus, we thought of coming up with this for the first time in the retail industry.”
