Bombay Shirt Company opens store in Dubai

Founded in 2012, the omni-channel fashion start up goes overseas for the first time to set up a store in Dubai. The brand already has stores in all major metros.

Bombay Shirt Company (BSC), India’s first custom-made shirt brand retailing via omni-channel, has made their first International foray, marking their presence in Dubai at  the Central Park Towers, DIFC. Spread across 350 sq.ft, the store showcases the finest fabrics ranging from Egyptian cottons, linens, denims, flannels and much more, sourced from some of the biggest mills in Europe, India, Turkey and Japan.

The Dubai store, designed in line with BSC stores is a plush mix of wood, concretre and pastel shades. Here, you can find a varied assortment of both formal and casual shirts designs ranging from solids, stripes, checks, to quirky prints.With well trained and knowledgable store staff, the brand renders styling guidance through Stylists with a Master Tailor on hand to help you find the perfect fit. BSC is a one stop destination for the style conscious man, who pays close attention to both design and fit. BSC Founder, Akshay Narvekar said, “We are extremely excited to mark our first international venture., Dubai has always been on our radar and was the obvious choice to set up base outside India. We lay great focus on the provenance of our products and obsess over every detail that goes into making a great shirt. We hope that our existing and new clientele in Dubai enjoy the latest BSC experience.”

The omni-channel start-up raised funding of INR 6.6 crores in 2016 and has stores in Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai and Bangalore.
