Future Enterprises CFO Dinesh Maheshwari signs his resignation

Dinesh Maheshwari has resigned as the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of the company with effect from the closure of business hours on 31st December 2020.
A part of the Future group led by Kishore Biyani, Future Enterprises Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer Dinesh Maheshwari has resigned from the company.
”This is to inform you that, Dinesh Maheshwari, has resigned as the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of the company with effect from the closure of business hours on 31st December 2020,” the company mentioned.
The Future Group is facing a turbulent time as it has been into a pact with the Reliance Industries to sell its retail, wholesale, logistics and warehousing units.
As per sources, the Rs. 24713 crore deal, few Future Group companies who are indulged in retail and wholesale business and logistics and warehousing business will be amalgamated into Future Enterprises and transferred to Reliance Retail Ventures Ltd, a subsidiary of RIL. It is recently being also contested by the leading e-commerce brand, Amazon.
