Gautam Hari Singhania appointed as Executive Chairman of Raymond Lifestyle

Raymond Lifestyle Limited has announced the appointment of  Gautam Hari Singhania as its Executive Chairman.

“This strategic move aims to leverage Mr. Singhania’s decades-long industry expertise and leadership to drive growth and enhance operational efficiency as Raymond Group enters its centenary year of operation,” says the company statement.

The company informs that the appointment of Gautam Singhania, along with other directors, is in compliance with the requirements of Stock Exchange circulars NSE/CML/2018/24 and BSE/LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 both dated June 20, 2018.

The company also informs that the voting results and Scrutinizer’s Report have been placed on the company website and on the website of National Securities Depository Limited.

Reportedly, the resolution for his appointment as Executive Chairman received 86.85 per cent of the total votes cast at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
