Nishant Poddar joins The House of Rare as Chief Marketing Officer

Based in Bengaluru, Nishant brings over two decades of experience in building, growing, and scaling lifestyle and fashion brands across markets. 

The House of Rare has appointed Nishant Poddar as its Chief Marketing Officer, effective January 2026. In his new role, Nishant will lead brand marketing, communications, content, digital marketing, community building and consumer experience across the group’s expanding portfolio, which includes Rare Rabbit, Rareism, RARE ONES, and Rare’z.

Based in Bengaluru, Nishant brings with him over two decades of experience in building and scaling lifestyle and fashion brands. Prior to joining The House of Rare, he spent eleven years at WROGN as CMO & Head – Retail Experience, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s youth-centric positioning, expanding its retail footprint, and strengthening its omnichannel presence. Before WROGN, Nishant spent over eight years with Coffee Day, where he progressed through multiple marketing roles.

At The House of Rare, Nishant will focus on strengthening The House of Rare’s presence and supporting portfolio-wide growth as it continues to scale across markets.
