Sudhir Soundalgekar & Sasikumar Ramaswamy to speak at In-Store Asia 2016

Both the speakers will present their views on the topic"œEvolution in role of the New Age Retail Experience Designer"at the 10th edition of In-Store Asia to be held on August 4-6, 2016 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
Sudhir Soundalgekar, Director Projects, Raymonds and Sasikumar Ramaswamy, Sr VP Store Design and Projects, Landmark Group will present their topic "Evolution in role of the New Age Retail Experience Designer†at the 10th edition of In-Store Asia to be held on August 4-6, 2016 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
An architect from Academy of Architecture, Mumbai and MBA in Project Management, Sudhir comes with 29 years of experience in the industry, with Commercial, Departmental Stores, Residential, Pharmaceutical Factory Projects in his portfolio. Currently he is working for Raymond as Director - Lifestyle Projects, while Sudhir has previously served for Shoppers Stop, Tata AIG, Bovis Lend Lease.
Sudhir leads a Project team consisting of Engineers, Architects, Interior Designers and Commercial Graduates. He is accountable for building infrastructure for all India "The Raymond Store, Park Avenue, Colour Plus, Parx, Ready To Wear, Made To Measure" format stores. His responsibility includes taking over the premises for design, fit-outs and handing over to operations for business. Sudhir is acknowledged for contribution in various fields like Retail Design, Eco-Friendly Initiatives & won prestigious awards; including Council of Fair Business Practises at Bombay Merchants Chamber in year 2015; Best Retail Design Category in Department Stores on all India basis in VMRD in year 2015; Golden Peacock Eco-Innovation Award by Secretariat & Institute of Directors, New Delhi in year 2014 among others.
Sasikumar Ramaswami, Senior Vice President- Group- Store Design & Projects, Landmark Group India is a gold medalist & rank holder in Architecture-B.Arch and Masters in Business Administration-MBA.
Working with Lifestyle International, India since 2013, Sasikumar has previously worked with the core team Max Fashion, part of Landmark Group Dubai. He comes with an overall experience of 20 years, with an expertise in residential, interior design, furniture design, project management, retails store & shop fitting designs. He has been associated with Raymonds, SKC silks, others like Tanishq franchise, TVS bike franchise stores in the past.
Sasikumar has been involved in store design, shopfitting, lighting, shop front complete in the projects completed so far. Besides this, he is also a member of AIIA- All India Institute of Architects & CA-Counsel of Architecture.
