To be conducted by Anurag Sehgal, Managing Director, Digital Tranzform Pvt. Ltd., at the upcoming first edition of Retail Yatra, at Vivanta, Vijayawada, on September 15, 2025, the workshop will help participants chart the right strategies to drive footfall, engage customers across the retail journey, drive store staff efficiency and deliver elevated in-store experience
One of the key challenges for most retailers today is keeping shoppers engaged through the omnichannel funnel, while ensuring store and staff efficiency. This is especially so as customers increasingly expect the convenience of digital interface combined with the tactile feel of in-store experiences and human assistance.
The workshop to be conducted by Anurag Sehgal, Managing Director, Digital Tranzform Pvt. Ltd as part of the upcoming first edition of Retail Yatra being held at Vivanta, Vijayawada, on September 15, 2025, aims to help retailers address some of the above challenges.
Titled, ‘Investing in Purposeful Tech for Seamless Retail - A Checklist for Retailers, Brands and Architects’, the workshop will explore Seamless Retail, a comprehensive solution designed to enhance the entire customer journey. The workshop will help participants evaluate how to drive footfall with effective Pre-Retail, Retail (in-store) and Post-Retail strategies to boost conversions, while leveraging the right front-end technologies to enhance store staff efficiency and customer experience.
Sharing his thoughts on how this ice-breaker workshop will help brands & retailers evaluate the right strategies, Anurag Sehgal explains, "We've moved beyond simple listed commerce to assisted commerce, where customers look to brands and retailers as experts to help them navigate the overwhelming number of choices available. Customers expect a convenient mix of online and at-home experiences combined with the tactile feel and immersive nature of in-store shopping. This workshop is designed to be an icebreaker, helping brands and retailers evaluate how to blend these elements effectively. A crucial part of this equation is the customer-facing staff, who need to be supported by technology and AI to achieve consistent results, especially when training high-attrition retail staff & call centre staff can be so challenging."
The idea behind the workshop essentially is to help retailers deliver a seamless end-to-end customer journey across the omni-channels - at-home, in-store, and online.
The Workshop will include the following talking points:
- Effective mapping of customer journey and charting the right pre-Retail, Retail and Post Retail strategies
