Tic Tac goes desi and introduces'Elaichi' flavour

Continuing its variation of flavours in the market, Tic Tac, introduced an Indian flavor - elaichi mint - to suit the local palate. This is a first time that the brand has introduced a local flavour in the market, especially to cater to the Indian audience.

Tic Tac, a leading confectionery brand and produced by Ferrero India Private Ltd, announced the launch of the all new "Elaichi” flavoured Tic Tac. Tag lined'The Desi Mint,' the new Tic Tac flavoured mint will have the strong flavour of elaichi or cardamom. This condiment is widely used in India for its health benefits, and more so as a mouth freshener after meals. The'elaichi mint' flavour would be available in a unique light-green box (similar to the colour of elaichi) with white pills making it playful and sociable.

The'Refreshment to be shared', Tic Tac, is available in an assortment of flavours to suit the changing taste palete of youth. This is a first time that the brand has introduced a local flavour in the market, especially to cater to the Indian audience.

New flavours have been introduced only after conducting a thorough research on Indian requirements and preferences. With the launch, Tic Tac also engaged consumers on the digital platform through some fun and exciting activities. The current Tic Tac flavours available in the market include Mint, Orange, Peach Passion, Mintensity and Strawberry Fields.
