The décor has been meticulously planned to suit the requirement of different sorts of clientele, where each zone sets the mood for a great gastronomic journey with European cuisine.

The place is set over a sprawling 4,000 sq ft property, catering rightly to the concept of a gastro pub. The food and beverage of M Bar Kitchen complement each other making it somewhat new to the city's food and beverage escapade. The eco-friendly interiors of the restaurant have been made up with a liberal use of natural stone, raw wood and glass. The ambience is further enhanced with the melodious mood from glittered LED and the 100-seater eatery systemised with high seated tables for customising a pub atmosphere.
Varun Mimani, Owner, M Bar Kitchen shares, "Being interested in the F&B industry and a great foodie, this is our first venture in the city. Our aim is to gift the people such a place where one can enjoy good music which is not loud, so that one can talk and have sumptuous food in such a great environment. We have divided the space into various sections, beginning with the restaurant where they will never miss the 26ft long modish bar. The wall behind is dressed up with bottles of Grey Goose to make an "infinity fountainâ€, while Absolut bottles have been turned into quirky lights. As the bar is a place where liquor flows freely, we have introduced the concept of an infinity fountain here.â€

The 45-seater traditional dining section is spread across 1,200 sq ft, which has simple furniture and the muted walls will draw attention to the giant circular lights on the ceiling. Lastly, the traditional dining section leads to the lounge which is dimly lit and comes with a private bar, where the space can pack up to 50 people.
As the Park Street area is considered to be the hang out and entertainment hub of the city, Varun shares what makes M Bar Kitchen different from the other food joints, "Here anyone will get a fine dining experience in a bar atmosphere which is its USP as we have clubbed the two.

Hence, the menu has been designed in keeping with the property which exudes uniqueness in every aspect. To put it broadly, it will be serving European cuisine - Italian, grills with dashes of Mediterranean and fusion thrown in for good measure. The major differentiating factor is the two sets of menu - a regular and a low calorie menu.
