Skechers joins the kinetic window bandwagon to showcase their latest The Street Collection. The window uses two types of revolving podiums – one with LED and another one with mirror. The window has been executed at 10-12 flagship stores across the country.
To launch its newest footwear collection, The Street Collection, Skechers has recently introduced kinetic elements in its flagship stores across the country. The window features the merchandise showcased on revolving podiums. New Delhi-based VM solution firm Divine Colors has executed the podiums. Talking to Retail4growth, Dheeraj Sharma, Head VM, Skechers India, explained, “We have executed these revolving podiums at 10-12 flagship stores in the country, where closed-back windows are available. We chose revolving podiums to showcase the details of the merchandises as the collection is all about special features in heels, toe parts etc.” Specifying the materials to Retail4growth, Rahul Arora of Divine Colors, mentioned, “We have manufactured two types of these podiums- acrylic ones with LED and vinyl sunboard ones with mirror. Each window is showcasing 2 LED and 3 mirror podiums. We have executed some 50-60 podiums for pan India execution.”
