VM&RD Retail Design Awards 2016 : Kashish–Infore by Aamir & Hameeda Associates

This Boutique is housed in a heritage structure designed by a group of structural engineers to create double height openings. The Concept was clear it had to be ethnic and rustic with a touch of India features all over. Different forms of jhalis represented Indian accent on the ceiling and a few walls. Cement tiles as flooring and Indian motifs on handmade cement tiles as motifs on floor have been used. The key feature of the boutique are the accessories and old doors which were distressed finished and cladded on a double height wall which we sourced from various vendors all over India.
