Big Bazaar Gen Next, Seawoods – was intently designed to reflect the shift in brand perception of big bazaar from a value brand to a customer service brand. Hence it had to be live up to following challenges. Some of the key objectives were to Facilitate in smart and easy shopping while offering wide variety of products and services, to evoke multi-sensorial experience to evoke the feeling a novelty in shopping experience and to cater to all kinds of customers ranging from the ones who are time bound to the one who are technologically savvy to last but not the least who are seeking superior services. 

Sit Down Billing was introduced In order to avoid long queues at the time of billing along with a  billing lounge where customers could sit and relax in the lounge while their billing is taken care of by the staff. Te outlet also introduced Future Services - A New age concept wherein consumers can buy the services off the shelf & not just products in an offline retail environment (Big Bazaar Gen Nxt).
