When teamwork outshines expectations: How Trivana delivered for Pepe Jeans

By Retail4Growth Bureau | November 10, 2025

In an exclusive conversation with Retail4Growth, Charanjeet Singh, Partner - Trivana Designs, shares how his team delivered a complete retail setup for Pepe Jeans Baramati, managing tight deadlines and on-site challenges with skill, coordination, and efficiency.

When precision meets perfection, great retail experiences are born. Trivana Designs, a premium modular retail fixtures and fittings company, recently proved it through its successful turnkey project for Pepe Jeans in Baramati, Maharashtra. The project involved the complete installation of store fixtures, from wall units and tables to mirrors and a cash counter, and that too within a very short deadline.

A clear brief and a focused execution

The Pepe Jeans team envisioned a store that echoed the brand’s youthful vibe. With detailed technical drawings and specifications provided, Trivana’s role was to bring that vision to life, precisely within a tight timeframe.

“The day we received the drawings, we immediately began production,” shares Charanjeet Singh, Partner - Trivana Designs. “We have advanced machinery and a skilled in-house team, which made us complete the project within 2 days. The store area was around 1200-1300 square feet, and our factory’s capacity allowed us to handle it seamlessly.”

“What makes this project memorable for us is not just its speed but also the team’s resilience,” adds Charanjeet. “On-site challenges are a part of every project, but our skilled and well-equipped team ensures quick decision-making and seamless execution without losing time.”

Amalgamation of skill and technology

Trivana’s technological prowess stood out through the use of advanced machinery. “Our advanced setup allows us to maintain consistent quality and meet project deadlines without any delays,” mentions Charanjeet.

When teamwork outshines expectations

Working with Pepe Jeans was indeed a learning experience for the Trivana team. “Every brand teaches us something new,” says Charanjeet. “With Pepe Jeans, we learned the importance of balancing aesthetics and functionality. Their fixtures demanded intricate detailing, and our team adapted quickly to maintain the brand’s signature look. What stood out was our coordination with the Pepe Jeans team. As they had clarity of vision, it led to smooth execution. Together, we ensured timely completion without any compromise on quality,” he adds with understandable pride.

Looking ahead

Trivana Designs continues to strengthen its presence in retail design and execution. The company is currently working on several upcoming projects, which will continue to position the company as a complete turnkey solutions provider, from design conception to on-site implementation.

“Turnkey execution is at the heart of our growth,” mentions Charanjeet. “We want Trivana to be known as a company that can take any project from idea to reality,” he sums up.

With many new collaborations already in the pipeline, Trivana is gearing up for more exciting and large-scale projects in the months ahead.
