Max’s 36th store in north India at Pacific Mall Tagore Garden uses LFD Panels which engages the customer at store front and provides the seasonal flavor. “Today, we have 29 stores with LFD Panels out of which 21 are already connected through cloud based channels. With the evolution of the digital transformation, FY17-18, we will add 50 new stores and upgrade 40 stores with entrance LFD panels. By adapting to the need of technology, we wanted to meet the demand of fast changing multichannel customers along with our unified delivery of communications across all touch points,” said Harshendra Maheshwari, Head-VM, Max Stores.
