DIAM joins hands with DMS for their Indian operations

The first goal of DIAM is to adapt to the Indian market and provide what the local market needs. DIAM aims to bring into the local market its long experience with international brands.
Speaking on this move, Sandeep Hotwani, Director of DMS in an interview with POP said, "As we met the DIAM people two years ago, they expressed their willingness to address the Indian market, and that the POP industry in India is evolving quickly. We felt that DIAM and DMS together can create a very strong base to develop better and quicker solutions in the market, compared to a standalone position. Also, the DNA of DIAM and DMS is really aligned on clients and focused on people who are the key for our success. Thus, with the strength of DIAM, and our Indian work experience, we believe to be in a leadership position within the coming years."
Hotwani also added, "DIAM is entering the Indian market which is a new area for the Group. This is part of our strategy to be very close to our clients worldwide and to work closely with the local teams. Having DMS team on board is a key success factor for us. During the last two years we established with more or less the same principles in Italy, Brazil and we have also started new entities (smaller ones) last year in Russia and Canada."
