Baggit celebrates Retail Employee Day

The efforts of all the employees in the retail space often go unnoticed and this is Baggit's endeavour to shine the spotlight on them and express gratitude for all their hard work.
Baggit, the bag and accessories brand is celebrating Retail Employees' Day (RED) on 12th December 2017 across all Baggit's stores in the country to thank all their retail employees, one of the key pillars of the brand's success. Baggit prides itself on being an employee-friendly organization and firmly believes that the first asset of any organization are its human assets. This is an initiative to encourage employers as well as customers to recognize the efforts of the retail associates. The day aims at creating an awareness and empathy around the lives of the retail employees as well as an understanding of the significant role they play in the lives of the customer. Commenting on this Nina Lekhi (MD & Chief Design Curator) said “A similar initiative last year really excited and motivated our employees. This naturally reflected in a very pleasant service and shopping experience for their customers.”
