HCL Care opens multiple HCL Touch Centres in India

Through HCL Touch Centers, the company aims is to bring a national, multi-channel 24-hour rapid response technical support service for its consumers.

HCL Care, the support and service division of HCL Infosystems, one of the India's premier ICT Systems Integration, Services, Hardware and Distribution Company has launched multiple HCL Touch Centres across various cities in India. As a part of HCL Care's Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) initiative, HCL Touch Centres offers a wide range of quality services for multiple products and brands and also provides one-stop solution to all servicing needs for mobility, IT and consumer electronics along with Home Appliances products across brands.

Speaking on the occasion, Sayantan Nandi, Sr. VP and Business Head - HCL Care, HCL Infosystems said, "HCL Care has always been known for its customized service solutions through quality driven processes, superior infrastructure and technically skilled resources. With HCL Touch Centers, our aim is to bring a national, multi-channel 24-hour rapid response technical support service for consumers. HCL Touch Centre services will include warranty support service for OEM partners, multi-brand out of warranty repairs, extended warranty protection plans/AMC plans, accessories and software sales /upgrade, and a range of value added services like onsite services, pick and drop, data recovery, installation & set-up of products. Starting with 8 centres in Delhi-NCR, this D2C project has plans to expand across other Tier I, Tier II and Tier III cities in India.
