Given the situation where most of us are working from home, as an agency, our plan for the next 21 days is to strengthen employee skillset and improvise our services for the clients
Some of the things we are focusing are on training teams, development workshops in collaboration with HR, ideating on new designs and future proof solutions, sharpening our back end processes in terms of rate benchmarking and setting new optimised operational excellence.
Additionally, we are working on a few design briefs for our clients so that we can implement the same once the lockdown is called off
