Mumbai finally gets its UNIQLO!

Spread approximately across 11,500 sq. ft. over two floors, UNIQLO Phoenix Marketcity Kurla is UNIQLO’s 11th brick-and-mortar store in India, and its first ever in Mumbai. 

Global apparel retailer UNIQLO is finally launching its long-anticipated first store in Mumbai today (October 6) at Phoenix Marketcity Kurla, Mumbai. Positioned as a space that offers Mumbaikars a new shopping experience, the thoughtfully crafted store has already set the expectations buzzing for its second store in the city, set to open soon at Oberoi Mall in Goregaon.

Commenting on the launch, Tomohiko Sei, Chief Executive Officer, UNIQLO India, said, “We are thrilled to be opening our much-awaited first Mumbai store. From seeing a strong demand on our e-commerce channel to now launching brick-and-mortar stores in Mumbai, we are delighted  to bring our LifeWear to Mumbaikars, and look forward to supporting their daily lives.” 

Spread approximately across 11,500 sq. ft. over two floors, UNIQLO  Phoenix Marketcity Kurla will be UNIQLO’s 11th brick-and-mortar store in India, and its first ever in Mumbai. To celebrate the opening, UNIQLO is offering a series of special promotions such as limited offers on its popular core items like Ultra Light Down Jackets, Soft Brushed Shirts, Flannel Shirts,  AIRism Oversized T Shirts, EZY Jeans, and more.

Spread across two floors, the UNIQLO Phoenix Marketcity Kurla, Mumbai store will offer consumers a range of LifeWear collections for men, women, kids, and babies, with its thoughtfully designed, high-quality, and functional products that are made for all. In addition, the new store will also feature a creative rendition of the spirit of Mumbai by local architect and illustrator Aashti Miller. Her vibrant artwork, spread across the escalator wall, highlights elements of Mumbai – from the colossal structure of the Gateway of India to the delight of a day’s cutting chai, her designs capture the true essence of the maximum city.
