Prestige Group launches Forum Mall in Kochi

The project drew an investment of Rs 700 crore and is spread over a total area of 6.5 lakh sq, housing the first Shoppers Stop outlet in the city among a diverse retail mix; and also a sprawling 50,000 sq ft Lulu Hypermarket.
Prestige Group has announced that it is inaugurating the first Forum Mall in Kochi, Kerala on August 19. Located at NH-66, Forum Mall spans a total area of 6.5 lakh square feet, making it one of the most anticipated commercial developments in the city. A joint development from Prestige Group and Thomsun Realtors, this magnificent shopping and entertainment destination is set to redefine the luxury retail experience in the region.
Forum Mall's launch marks a significant milestone for Kochi as it becomes home to the first Shoppers Stop outlet in the city, and also welcomes a retail mix like Lifestyle, H&M, Marks & Spencer, PVR, Funcity, and many more in Kerala. Forum Mall also houses a sprawling 50,000 square feet Lulu Hypermarket.
“With an investment of 700 crores, Forum Mall is committed to creating an iconic landmark that enriches the lives of people. The mall is also expected to generate employment opportunities for over 500 skilled individuals, contributing positively to the local workforce and economy,” said the company statement.
Over the next five years, Prestige Group aims to expand its footprint by developing 11 malls, covering over 9 million square feet of commercial space across Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Goa, and Kochi. This strategic expansion underscores Prestige Group's unwavering commitment to shaping the retail landscape of key cities in India.
