SHR Lifestyles, an Indian ethnic wear brand, has launched a 24x7 employee support helpline, Shree-Saathi to provide immediate and confidential assistance to retail employees. The announcement took place on the occasion of Retail Employees' Day, an international observance held every year on 12^th December to honour the retail professionals who are the backbone of everyday operations in the sector.

This will be a reliable support channel for the employees seeking help on workplace challenges such as working conditions, conflict resolution, health & safety, compliance issues, and career development support.
