Trivana Designs Shopfits, a premium modular retail and commercial fixtures company, has appointed Abhishek Dubey as its Chief Executive Officer. With extensive experience in business leadership, operations, and retail project execution, Abhishek will lead the company’s next phase of growth and expansion.
Before joining Trivana Designs Shopfits, Abhishek served as Procurement Lead at Hindalco Industries Limited, heading strategic sourcing and supplier management. Prior to this, he spent more than a decade with Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. as Project Procurement Manager. Abhishek began his career with Indoline as a Project Manager, which made him gain extensive experience in retail fit-outs and store execution.
Taking on the new role, Abhishek has outlined three key priorities for his first year at the company. “One of my key focuses will be to strengthen operational excellence by improving project delivery timeline, quality standards, and cost efficiency,” he shares. “At the same time, we will work towards expanding our client portfolio by building strong relationships with leading retail brands across multiple sectors. We would also invest in technology, talent, and manufacturing capability to scale the business sustainably and prepare for future growth.”
Speaking about his long-term vision for the company, Abhishek says, “My vision for the company is to become one of India's most trusted retail fit-out and shop-fitting partners, known for innovation, quality, and nationwide execution capabilities. We aim to expand our presence across key retail segments while building a strong reputation for delivering an end-to-end retail environment at scale.”
Looking at industry opportunities over the next few years, he believes certain retail categories will see faster growth than others. “While all the sectors offer opportunities, I believe fashion and jewellery will continue to remain an important segment with strong demand for premium store experiences."
