When precise planning meets timely execution: The Indriya Mangalore store by ReBuzz Interactive Solutions

When ReBuzz Interactive Solutions took on Indriya - Aditya Birla Jewellery store project in Mangalore, there was already a strong foundation of trust in place. Spread across 6,200 sq. ft., the retail space came with a clearly defined delivery window of 60 days, which made time management a critical success factor from the outset.

Detailed planning before execution

A structured project plan was put in place before on-ground work began. With design drawings, layouts, 3D visualisations, and planograms already approved, execution moved forward without disruptions. This level of preparedness eliminated last-minute changes and ensured that all teams worked with the same clarity.

“Everything was planned day-wise, what had to be completed and when. That helped all teams stay aligned,” Kunal adds.

Execution across multiple services

ReBuzz handled the complete execution of the store, including civil work, electricals, plumbing, HVAC, and fire and safety systems.

Civil work and flooring were completed as per schedule, which helped set a strong foundation for the rest of the work. Electrical and plumbing work was planned according to the store layout, keeping jewellery displays and daily operations in mind.

The team installed the HVAC systems to maintain a comfortable environment across the large retail space, while fire and safety systems were implemented as per required standards without affecting the store’s overall aesthetics and look.

Managing local conditions

Mangalore’s weather can be unpredictable, with heavy rainfall at certain times of the year. While this could have been challenging during execution, careful planning and coordination ensured steady progress without any disruptions.

Kunal explains, “Weather is always a factor in Mangalore, but with proper planning and coordination, we were able to manage it well.”
