Besides an established online presence, WoodenStreet also has a strong physical presence, the heavy competition notwithstanding. Currently, the brand has more than 30 delivery hubs and 12 experience stores across India, providing a combination of customization and quality solid-wood furniture.
Lokendra Ranawat, CEO¸ WoodenStreet said talking about the company’s expansion plans, “We don’t want to be limited to a digital front. We want to make it easy for people to have access to quality and customizability. These experience stores are aimed at opening a new channel of interaction with our customers, enabling them to live the furniture right there and then. 2018 was just the beginning of a new wave of our brick and mortar stores. This year, we want to raise the count to 27 stores and we are all set for it.”
WoodenStreet started its first Experience store in Bangalore in 2016, followed by two more stores in Jaipur and Mumbai at the end of 2017.
