The brand wanted to reimagine the home improvement retail experience through experiential storytelling - translating Harsha’s brand promise, “Happiness Redefined”, into a compelling physical journey.
The retailer partnered with StudioJ to strategically employ visual merchandising and in-store communication to guide movement, enhance product visibility, strengthen brand recall, and deliver a seamless, emotionally engaging shopping experience.

Visual Merchandising Concept
The visual merchandising positions the Brand as a “Contemporary Hub for Smart Living”. The store features a wide, back-open glass frontage with product-led window displays showcasing key products on sleek, brand-colored podiums. A dynamic digital screen adds motion and vibrancy, narrating brand and product stories.
Inside, experience-driven displays supported by color-coded category markers create clearly defined zones. Angular display tables with integrated LED-lit brand inserts and live demonstration areas encourage hands-on product discovery and informed decision-making.
Visual Communication, Environmental Graphics & Brand Expression
Bold yet refined environmental graphics, bright whites with vibrant accents, and technology-led overlays create strong visual anchors while reinforcing brand identity and thereby turning the store into a space for exploration and joy.
