Business continuity to you
Business continuity means the ability to conduct typical internal and external activities to manage and grow the business. It includes conducting internal & external meetings to plan and execute client briefs, access to office systems for responding to business situations.
As a non-essential cognitive service business, we have severely hampered our business proceedings. If there is continuity in the client’s activities we can respond to client requirements even from home, but we are unable to deliver projects due to the suspension of all production facilities. This situation has provided us the opportunity to look at conducting activities remotely.
Way Forward
The adoption of digital collaboration platform has helped us ensure continuity in our business. Apart from using communication tools, we have realized that digital archiving of documents is a critical requirement for business continuity. Access to financial data is limited during this period as most financial documents are in physical form or in the desktop system. We are also conducting training programs and sensitizing employees and partners about the need to adjust to new working model.
