Vedas opens 2nd store in Ranchi, plans expansion across tier 2 markets

By the end of 2026, Vedas Homes plans to open 10 more stores throughout India, especially focused on tier 2 towns where demand for high-end but affordable home decor is growing, it says.  

Vedas Exports has announced the opening of its second store in Ranchi, calling itVedas Homes. This is a quick expansion for the company, which only opened its first store in Jamshedpur two months ago in June. The new store boosts the brand's presence in Jharkhand and shows that it is dedicated to creating a strong retail presence in Tier 2 cities,” says the company statement 

The store is in Ranchi’smain Firayalal Area, a strategic maincentre close to tech infrastructure and well-equipped utilities, including water supply, electricity, and infrastructure. The Ranchi store has over 3,000 SKUs displayed in a large 650-square-foot retail space, highlighting the brand’s positioning as a one-stop shop for home decor and decorating because it has high-quality designs at affordable prices. 

The inauguration in Ranchi is especially important since it is where Palash Agrawal, the founder of Vedas Exports,is based out of, informs the company.  

Vedas Exports has developed from a single product line to a portfolio that mixes traditional and modern styles. The business is noted for its environmentally friendly colours and repurposed metals.  

Palash Agrawal, the founder of VedasExports, said this about the launch: "Launching Vedas Homes in Ranchi feels like bringing the brand's journey full circle.Opening a business here is personal and professional because this city has formed my vision and ideals.
